The Dresser is Finished!

I am so excited I finished painting the dresser!  My daughter and I picked out two colors Ballerina Gown and Palace Rose both really complimented each other! I chose the brand BEHR because they have a specialty line that includes the primer and paint in one can which means I can have my finish product sooner!  Since this dresser was purchased by mom in the late 70's I really did not want to sand it down this is why I decided to go with paint that has a 2 in 1. For the dresser overall I chose to go with the lighter color which is the Ballerina Gown in semi-gloss. The details on the dresser I chose the darker pink which is Palace Rose semi-gloss. I used a 2'' size of paint brush and a very thin brush for the detail. This was a fun project!
